Job summary

Ganymede Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead contract delivery across the UK water sector. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders from award through to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with safety and quality standards.

The role involves reporting to clients and senior management, managing risk and programme performance, and working closely with engineering, procurement and operations teams to optimise outcomes.

Are you a Project Manager with solid experience working within the UK water sector? With AMP8 approaching and water companies and their supply chains preparing for a significant increase in project activity, we're speaking with experienced Project Managers who are looking for their next long-term contract opportunity. We're currently speaking with a number of clients across the water supply chain who are starting to plan their recruitment requirements and build their project delivery teams ahead of the AMP8 investment programme. We're particularly interested in Project Managers who have experience working for Tier 2 contractors, specialist suppliers, manufacturers or engineering businesses supporting the UK water industry.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the successful delivery of projects from contract award through to completion.
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and client requirements.
• Working closely with engineering, design, procurement and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing clear project reporting and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

We're looking for Project Managers with:

• Solid experience delivering projects within the UK water sector.
• Experience working for a Tier 2 contractor, specialist supplier, manufacturer or engineering business within the water supply chain.
• A strong understanding of project delivery, programme management and commercial performance.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.
• The ability to take ownership of projects and deliver effectively within demanding timescales.
• A relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification would be advantageous.
