Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Facades Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Birmingham, overseeing a £15 million façade remediation on an education project. You will manage planning, coordination, safety, quality and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on CDM 2015 compliance and FieldView familiarity.

Immediate availability or flexible start, umbrella PAYE day-rate only. Prior main contractor experience is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading façade remediation projects or similar large-scale schemes.
• Background with Tier 1 main contractor required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and progress across all trades.

• Control programme and costs to meet milestones and budget.
• Mitigate risks and resolve onsite issues promptly.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a full façade remediation package valued at £15 million on an education project in Birmingham. This 12-month plus assignment involves managing the fire remediation of non-compliant cladding systems from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 main contractor background with proven façade experience and have FieldView software knowledge. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project including planning, coordination, quality control, health and safety compliance, and stakeholder management. A strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations is essential to ensure full compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires immediate availability or a flexible start date, with the project commencing in August. Due to client requirements, payment will be made via Umbrella only.
