Overview

As Project Manager, you will work with specialists from a range of engineering disciplines, providing project management expertise to deliver projects and bids on time, to budget and to the required standard. Based at our Cyber Centre of Excellence in Maidenhead - hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects ranging in size up to ~£10m
  • Manage projects to meet the required financial and project constraints
  • Establish, control and report project schedule & costs against an overall WBS & budget
  • Achieve acceptance of all elements of projects to schedule and cost
  • Accurately forecast project cost, cash & resource demands
  • Experience in project management, specifically in setting up, running and successfully delivering projects, ideally in the defence electronics or other highly regulated sector
  • Experience in managing and delivering multi-disciplined projects in a matrix structure
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Project
  • Possesses a Project Management qualification (preferred)
  • Excellent general written and verbal communications skills
  • Willing to undergo, and able to achieve and maintain, SC and/or DV security clearance
Qualifications
  • Project management experience and ability to deliver complex projects, ideally in regulated sectors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Office)
