Job summary

Edenred SE cherche un Chef de Projet FinTech polyvalent pour diriger des programmes clients complexes en environnement agile. Vous piloterez plusieurs flux, alliant aspects techniques, conformité et juridique, tout en assurant la satisfaction client et la qualité des livrables.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes internes, des partenaires et des clients afin d’apporter des solutions innovantes et à forte valeur ajoutée dans un cadre hybride, avec possibilités d’évolution internationale.

Qualifications

• Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets (stages ou postes juniors bienvenus).
• Intérêt pour résoudre des défis clients à l'aide de la tech et de l'innovation.
• Bonne aptitude à communiquer oralement et par écrit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre les besoins et gérer les relations.
• Superviser la mise en œuvre des nouvelles exigences clients du concept au déploiement.
• Assurer la livraison technique en gérant les éléments techniques des programmes clients.
• Planification proactive (RAID, rapports d’avancement) pour suivre risques et délais.
• Promouvoir l’amélioration continue et un climat de travail collaboratif.

Project Manager Salary: Up to £55,000 pa Swindon/London – Hybrid

About the Role As a Project Manager in our EPS (Edenred Payment Solutions) team, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional results, maintaining quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction are at the forefront. You’ll manage multiple projects that span technical, compliance, and legal workstreams while supporting client programs to align with delivery objectives. This client-facing role offers the chance to work across multidisciplinary teams, including internal EPS teams, 3rd party vendors, and business clients to implement impactful changes. What you will be doing:

• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand requirements and manage relationships effectively.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new client requirements through various phases, from concept to rollout.
• Technical Delivery: Solve business problems by efficiently managing technical elements of client programs, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing services.
• Proactive Planning: Leverage tools like RAID logs and status reports to monitor and manage risks, timelines, and project delivery milestones.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and promote a collaborative and positive workplace atmosphere.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating in a technology-focused environment with the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
