Job summary

Edenred Payment Solutions is seeking a Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead cross-border initiatives from planning through rollout.

You will coordinate IT and related activities, manage multiple work streams, and drive change management to minimize service disruption while ensuring timely delivery for global clients.

Your Role

In this key position, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
• Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
• Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
• Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
• Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third-party partners, suppliers, and clients—identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
• Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
• Support and inspire your colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
