Job summary

Edenred PayTech recherche un Comms & Engagement Partner pour piloter la stratégie de communication interne et l’engagement des collaborateurs à Swindon et Londres. Vous gérez la planification, la production de contenus et assurez l’alignement des messages à travers les bureaux.

Le poste nécessite une expérience avérée en communications internes, une forte capacité rédactionnelle et un sens stratégique pour soutenir une croissance rapide et une culture d’entreprise inclusive.

Qualifications

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de plans de communication internes et d’engagement (newsletter, intranet).
• Capacité à créer des messages clairs et percutants alignés sur les valeurs et objectifs.
• Compétences en rédaction, édition et storytelling pour différents publics.

Responsibilities

• Développer, planifier et évaluer des activités et projets de communications internes.
• Fournir des messages et des supports pour différents publics internes.
• Coordonner la production de contenus (newsletter, vidéos, photos) et la diffusion multicanal.
• Assurer l'alignement des messages internes et externes au sein des bureaux PayTech.

Comms & Engagement Partner Location: Swindon & London Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience + bonus This is a Hybrid postion with min 4 days across both offices during probationay period.

The Role

As our Comms & Engagement Partner you will support the organisation in the development and delivery of our internal communications and engagement strategy. It provides an opportunity to lead the strategy development, project planning and delivery of our internal communications for a rapidly growing and dynamic fin-tech company. You will develop internal communications plans that keep our staff engaged and informed on key plans, developments, events, and regular updates, and ultimately be proud of what we are collectively achieving. You will create, deliver, and evaluate engaging and inspirational content, working collaboratively with colleagues in the UK, Europe, and Mexico to ensure brand and message consistency, aligned to our corporate mission, values and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will thrive working on cross-functional projects with stakeholders at all levels. Harnessing the diverse perspectives, cultures, and contexts across the organisation, you will deliver internal communications solutions that ensure our community is fully engaged and informed. Your strong interpersonal, communication, listening and influencing skills will be essential to success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in developing the internal communications strategy, ensuring a proactive and coordinated approach to communications and engagement with internal audience
• Provide professional guidance and support to colleagues across the organisation in developing key messages and delivering effective internal communications and engagement
• Draft messages or scripts with managers for presentation to our internal audience in written or spoken form
• Plan, deliver and evaluate a broad range of internal communications activities and projects to maximise engagement with people
• Manage the production and distribution of internal communications to engage and inform different internal audiences, utilising the most appropriate channels, and ensuring content is relevant, timely, accessible, and tailored to each audience
• Create, manage and share an internal communications calendar to ensure collaboration and coordination across teams and departments
• Produce and distribute PayTech newsletter to our internal audience, working in partnership with colleagues across the company to source relevant information and create meaningful and engaging audience-centric content
• Ensure communications and key messages are aligned internally and externally, and across PayTech offices
• Support in the production of employees’ experience content, including photography and video
• Manage the creative development and production of brand assets, templates and materials to support internal events and promotional activity, working with internal stakeholders to define requirements and ensure outcomes are on brief, budget, and brand
• Manage the measurement, analysis and reporting of internal communications activities, delivering monthly updates to key stakeholders on progress and outcomes
• Any other ad hoc projects and tasks commensurate with the role

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience of managing and delivering internal communications strategies and plans
• Creating internal communications and key messages to organisational values and strategic priorities
• Experiences of taking on information and creating relevant, engaging and digestible content tailored to the needs of different audiences
• Previous experience of working with senior colleagues to advise on effective internal communications and engagement approaches
• Demonstrable hands-on experience of managing a range of internal communications channels including newsletter production and distribution, intranet content, internal publication creation
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong planning capabilities with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies
• The ability to develop and nurture effective relationships with stakeholder at all levels
• Highly developed copywriting, editing, proofreading and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to develop compelling and succinct content
• Degree or similar (e.g. CIPR, CIM), preferably in a communications, PR or marketing related field
• An expert beind the lense - You will have hands on experience of conducting vlogs, Interviews and josting live events.
