We are currently working with a leading residential developer to assist in their search for a Project Manager in Swindon. This role involves managing a 200-unit traditional build housing project, requiring strong managers to lead the project from start to finish.

As a Project Manager, you would oversee the entire build process from groundworks to handover. Our client has numerous traditional build and RC frame projects across Oxford/Wiltshire with a strong pipeline of work, ensuring long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

1. Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, maintaining high health & safety standards.
2. Achieve a high-quality product across 100+ units of traditional build houses.
3. Keep the project on time and within budget.
4. Oversee the entire build process.

Requirements for Project Manager:
