Cotech Building Careers is currently recruiting for experienced Project Leaders/ Site Managers to oversee R&D, health, education and civic/leisure projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bristol region, with a focus on delivering schemes up to £50m. You will lead project delivery and coordinate site activities along the M4 corridor.

Candidates should have recent relevant experience and hold SMSTS and CSCS cards, with a degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Recent relevant experience delivering projects up to £50m.
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications required.
Based within daily commute of Reading / M4 Corridor.

Responsibilities

Lead project and site management across R&D, health, education, civic/leisure sectors.
Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality.
Coordinate with blue chip clients and internal teams.

Currently we are seeking Project (And Site Management), for a variety of R&D, Health, Education and civic / leisure projects across the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bristol region.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery in the sectors above, and with deliver\u00e9 experience of projects up to £50m in value.
