Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is currently recruiting for experienced Project Leaders/ Site Managers to oversee R&D, health, education and civic/leisure projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Bristol region, with a focus on delivering schemes up to £50m. You will lead project delivery and coordinate site activities along the M4 corridor.

Candidates should have recent relevant experience and hold SMSTS and CSCS cards, with a degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience delivering projects up to £50m.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications required.
• Based within daily commute of Reading / M4 Corridor.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and site management across R&D, health, education, civic/leisure sectors.
• Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with blue chip clients and internal teams.
