Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Cheshire-based engineering solutions provider delivering complex technical projects for blue-chip customers across the process, utilities, manufacturing and nuclear sectors.
This Project Manager role would suit someone with a strong track record in supplier-side engineering project delivery - whether that's with a systems integrator, OEM, machine builder, capital equipment manufacturer, EC&I contractor or engineering contractor. A controls or automation background is useful but not essential; what matters most is proven engineering project delivery for external customers.
You'll take commercial and technical responsibility for customer projects from initial scope and design through build, FAT, installation, commissioning and final handover, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams along the way.
The company has grown consistently over a number of years and the Project Manager position has been created as part of its continued expansion.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded engineering team working from modern, high-spec offices, with the chance to lead supplier-side engineering project delivery across several industries rather than being tied to one sector.
There is a genuine career path, structured personal development and support towards Chartered status for candidates looking to achieve it.
The role is predominantly office based with occasional customer site visits.
The Cheshire office is well connected by road and public transport and is commutable from Warrington, Runcorn, Widnes, Northwich, Chester, Stockport, Manchester and Liverpool.
