Job summary

Kenna Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a key client to lead a Southeast London development on-site. The project comprises 400+ units and requires hands-on leadership from inception to completion.

You will manage the pre-contract cycle, oversee consultant procurement, coordinate authority submissions and monitor risks to ensure budgets, timelines and scope are met. Experience with a main contractor or developer is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from inception to completion with a main contractor or developer.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders on site.
• Familiarity with pre-contract processes, procurement and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project on site as No. 1, coordinating all site activities.
• Oversee consultant procurement and authorise submissions to authorities.
• Monitor risks, budgets, timelines and scope to ensure project delivery.

Our client is one of the leading developers that operate across the UK and after a successful project win they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead this project as a no1 on site.

The project is split across 2 blocks in Southeast London and will consist of 400+ units. The role involves managing the pre-contract project cycle, overseeing consultant procurement, coordinating authority submissions, monitoring risks, and ensuring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and scope requirements. You will ideally have experience in leading projects from inception to completion with either a main contractor or developer as a Project Manager.
