Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Main Contractor) to lead regional projects across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. You will drive site delivery on schemes up to £10m+, collaborating with pre-con teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a proven track record with regional/national main contractors, experience delivering £3m-£10m+ projects, and familiarity with PM software such as Procore or Asta. A competitive package accompanies the position.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for an established main contractor delivering commercial, education, industrial, and residential projects up to £10m+. The Role

Leading projects from early involvement through to completion, you will:

• Drive site operations and lead delivery teams, sub-contractors, and site managers.
• Collaborate upstream with the pre-con team on tenders, buildability, and programming.
• Maintain high standards of delivery using modern PM software (Procore / Asta preferred).
• Manage client relationships and work closely with commercial teams on budget control.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record as a lead PM with a regional or national main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects (£3m-£10m+) across varied sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, or education).
• Pre-construction awareness (method statements, logistics, and programming input).
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid.
• Commutable across Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey.
