Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across key client accounts.
• Serve as central point of contact between clients and Diversey's teams.
• Plan and host regular client reviews, track actions, and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.
• Manage project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to boost satisfaction.

Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Client Project Lead to support two of our key strategic accounts across the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating projects, aligning internal teams, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the established client accounts
• Acting as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and Diversey's internal teams
• Planning and facilitating regular customer review meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments
• Coordinating product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams
• Managing project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting
• Supporting complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
