Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a major residential development in the Newport area. You will be the No.1 on the project, reporting to the Area Operations Manager, and will lead a large project team to ensure delivery to program and specification.

They require a Project Manager with a main contracting background and a desire to move into a residential biased field, offering long-term prospects and a competitive package.

Sphere Solutions are recruiting Project Manager. Our client is a market leading provider of innovative residential construction and major regeneration developments. They have been established in the region for over 20 years and continue to grow year on year.

Due to the award of a major development in the Newport area, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis.

As PM, you will be No.1 on the project, reporting to the area Operations Manager. Managing and directing a large project team and ensuring that the project runs to program and specification, this is a very key appointment for the business.

Due to the nature of the project, our client is looking specifically for a Project Manager from a main contracting background, who is keen to move into a residential biased field.
