Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong main contracting background to lead a £10m mixed-use residential/commercial project in the Cardiff area, reporting to the Construction Director.

You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with pre-construction colleagues, and ensure delivery to schedule, budget, and quality. The role offers excellent remuneration and career progression within a leading South Wales contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering main contracting projects.
• Experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to drive pre-construction and handover phases.
• Willingness to reside within commutable distance of Cardiff.
