Job summary

Sphere Solutions has partnered with a national main contractor to appoint a Project Manager for a £14M low-rise office CAT A fit-out and refurbishment in Reading. The role requires strong Main Contractor and Interiors experience, with a client-facing focus and the ability to handover with the existing Project Manager on short notice.

The successful candidate will drive delivery from start to finish, coordinating design, procurement, and site operations to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Interiors/fit-out experience ideal
• Client-facing role experience preferred

Job description

A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural & Envelope Intervention, Detail & Build, Design & Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment, cross projects typically ranging from 500k to 20M+.

This opportunity is in relation to a 14M low rise Office building, compromising of a CAT A Fit Out and Refurbishment.

The ideal candidate will have good Main Contractor, Internals, and Client Facing experience, whilst being available at short notice for handover with the existing Project Manager.
