Job summary

Lycetts Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Newcastle. You will lead and deliver business change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to plan, implement and embed projects that align with strategic objectives.

You will manage plans, budgets and governance, drive issue/risk resolution, and provide timely reporting while supporting change adoption and training activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change and project initiatives from inception through to implementation.
• Strong project planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting change adoption, user engagement and developing others throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives across the Lycetts business change portfolio.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities and change adoption plans.
• Foster strong stakeholder engagement, helping teams understand and embrace new ways of working.
• Drive a practical, delivery-focused approach, stepping in where needed to ensure successful outcomes.

About the role

Lycetts Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Project Manager to join our Newcastle office on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering a range of business change initiatives across the Lycetts business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will ensure projects are effectively planned, implemented and embedded, helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives while driving positive business outcomes.
