Job summary

Alexander Daniels is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the client’s delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives within a regulated environment. You will oversee initiation to implementation across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• A proven track record delivering projects from initiation to implementation.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking, fiduciary, insurance, funds, or similar.
• Exposure to digital transformation, CRM implementations, or systems change projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing governance, risk and change initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our client’s successful delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives within a regulated environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects from initiation through to implementation across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, business teams, and external partners.
• Oversee project governance, risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and technology change programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory obligations and internal standards.

What you’ll need:

• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar would be advantageous.
• Experience working within banking, fiduciary, insurance, funds, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, CRM implementations, or systems change projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing governance, risk, and change initiatives.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
