Job summary

Psr-Solutions is seeking an experienced Visiting Project Manager to join a leading main contractor, overseeing MOJ refurbishment and extension projects in Nottinghamshire with potential national travel. You will manage multiple sites, ensure safety, programme delivery and quality.

Key requirements include proven PM experience in refurbishment/build, up to £3m, current or recently expired EL1/SC/DV clearance, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, strong communication and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within refurbishment and build projects.
• Experience managing projects up to £3m.
• Current EL1 (Enhanced Level 1), SC or DV security clearance – is required. Recently expired security clearance can also be accepted.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel nationally when required.

This is a visiting Project Manager role, overseeing multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
