Job summary

GNA Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage repair and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery to quality, budget and timescales. The role focuses on coordinating project teams and works partners across high rise/high risk environments.

Experience in façade systems, roofing, fire remediation, structural works, grounds and refurbishments is essential. Strong emphasis on health, safety, and sustainability aligns with our client’s standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive end to end project management experience in construction or similar environment.
• Pre-construction and construction experience is required.
• UK driving license, SMSTS and knowledge of safe systems of work.
• Scaffold inspection, CSCS card, First Aid at Work.
• Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications or related certificate.

Job description

Our client a leading repairs and maintenance business are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for successfully managing project teams and works partners, to deliver compliant capital & retrofit works to the highest quality standards, specification, budget and within agreed timescales.

• Develop excellent relationships with client representatives, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Develop excellent relationships with the supply chain.

Experience of delivering large scale Construction projects, through subcontract /supply chain arrangements.

What you will need:

Experience of project managing multiple projects with experience in works to high rise / high risk buildings including external façade systems, roofing, fire remediation and fire protections systems, structural works , groundworks, concrete repairs, internal refurbishment etc.
