Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery teams, assess resource needs and manage day-to-day activities, ensuring projects hit time, cost and budget targets while delivering high service standards. You will drive profitability, oversee Health, Safety & Environmental management and compliance, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

The role requires strong KPI knowledge, quality assurance and active client engagement to maximise service

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery teams and managing resources to meet time, cost and budget constraints.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, quality assurance and client involvement.
• Experience with Major Works refurbishment and P&L accounting; CSCS Black or working towards; valid UK driving licence.

Job description

Joining us as a Project Manager, you'll lead delivery teams, assessing resource requirements and will be supporting the management of the day-to-day activities. You'll ensure that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost, and budget constraints. You'll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety & Environmental management, and compliance, whilst ensuring exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

With a detailed understanding of operational, commercial and contractual KPIs, you'll manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximining client involvement and feedback.

Candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, delivering internal and external projects with an understanding of profit and loss accounting, budget management and a knowledge of EasyBop systems or similar task management service, power bi experience and an advance understanding of excel. With proven experience managing Major Works planned refurbishment, you'll have excellent leadership skills motivating, supporting and mentoring a range of teams to delivery excellent services to our customers.

• Level 6 in Construction or Management or equivalent or demonstrate extensive experience in a similar / related role,
• CSCS Card Black or working towards

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
