Our estate spans 95 hectares and includes over 110 non-residential buildings and 191 residential properties, with the majority of academic facilities located on our main campus to the south of Leicester city centre.

Working within Estates and Campus Services, the Project Manager will provide high-quality, client-focused project management across a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the University's estate. Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, you will provide a single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of delivering construction and refurbishment projects within a client-side, contractor or consultancy environment. You will possess strong technical and commercial understanding of the built environment, with experience managing projects through all stages of development and delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and a practical understanding of procurement, risk management and project controls. Experience within higher education, public sector estates, or the delivery of carbon and energy improvement projects would be advantageous.
