Job summary

Wates is seeking a Project Manager for a mobile role across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing in London. The role focuses on delivering social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes to high standards, balancing site inspections with client meetings and project administration.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance and control costs across multiple sites while maintaining project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold SMSTS qualification and be able to manage asbestos duties.
• Experience delivering social housing refurbishments and planned maintenance programmes.
• Excellent communication and strong health & safety compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of works across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate site inspections, client meetings and project administration across multiple locations.
• Lead subcontractors and manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality standards.

Job description

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of works across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. This is a mobile role, balancing site inspections, client meetings and project administration across multiple locations.
