ALS Laboratories (UK) Ltd is seeking a proactive Client Services professional to act as the primary contact for new and existing clients in Hawarden. You will deliver a professional, friendly service, provide quotations, and guide clients through onboarding and project initiation.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and experience in client-facing roles. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients via phone, email and in person.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
• Experience in project management or client-facing roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with IT systems.

About the Position

Shift: Monday to Friday

Location: Hawarden

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £28,255 (dependant on experience)

The day to day

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, delivering a professional, friendly and responsive service
• Provide quotations, assist with pricing, and schedule sample analysis
• Guide clients through project start-up and onboarding processes
• Support client portal usage (myALS), and help resolve queries and invoicing issues
• Attend client meetings in person or via Microsoft Teams and manage complex projects in partnership with the operations team
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular service reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend team meetings, and share workloads to ensure smooth service delivery

The Essentials

• A strong communicator – confident engaging with clients via phone, email and in person
• Someone who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and calm
• A proactive team player with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail, with a problem-solving approach and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook and general IT systems
• Experience in project management or client-facing roles is highly desirable
• A positive attitude and flexible approach aligned with ALS values
