About the Role:

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager ready to take the lead on high-value, high-impact builds?

We're recruiting for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast-growing sector, working with top-tier clients and contractors on cutting-edge infrastructure powering the digital economy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new build or fit-out data centre construction projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and resourcing from pre-construction to handover.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to drive on-time and quality delivery.
• Chair site meetings, coordinate with design, MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor construction progress and mitigate risks, delays, or cost overruns.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee project reporting, documentation, and change control processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a construction environment (Data Centres, Pharma, Industrial, Healthcare, or Mission-Critical).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, supply chain coordination, and contract management (NEC/FIDIC/JCT).
• Able to lead multidisciplinary teams across design, build, and commissioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to site (UK & Europe) as required.
