Job description

We are seeking a highly driven, structured, and versatile Project Manager to join our Executive Office and work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on mission-critical initiatives.

Role Overview:

As Project Manager in the Executive Office, you will be at the heart of Insignia’s strategic operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely execution of strategic priorities, and act as a coordination hub between departments, partners, and high-level stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational acumen, strategic thinking, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s strategic vision and business goals.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report project status regularly to the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Lead strategic research and analysis to support key business decisions and project planning.
  • Prepare high-level presentations, briefing materials, and executive summaries for internal and external use.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and impact.
  • Ensure post-project evaluations and knowledge transfer for future strategic planning.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on business initiatives involving growth, innovation, or high-value partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • MBA (or equivalent) from a recognised institution is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, management consulting, or strategic operations—ideally within financial services, luxury, or multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and cross-border project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an executive-level polish.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, or Prince2 certifications is a plus).
  • Experience working with or supporting C-suite executives is preferred.

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in one of our key offices in London, Geneva, or Dubai. International travel may be required for strategic meetings or project coordination.
