Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the launch of large, complex fulfilment centres across Europe. You’ll manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate multiple vendors, and oversee the full project lifecycle ensuring each site is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex fulfilment centre launch projects.
• Coordinate interdependent schedules for material flow, automation, conveyor systems, and MHE installation.
• Manage contracted project teams, engineers, and specialist resources.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, escalate risks early, and ensure safety standards are fully met.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, reporting, and cross‑team communication.
• Support strategy planning and make operational decisions throughout the build process.

A Day in the Life

You will drive a project from a greenfield site to a fully operating fulfilment centre, planning the schedule, aligning stakeholders, resolving technical challenges, and seeing your decisions directly shape launch success.
