Job summary

Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fast-paced, multi-site 3PL operation. You will manage a varied portfolio of internal projects, collaborating with operational, commercial, IT and senior management teams to deliver on time, within budget and to required standards.

Locations include Northampton or West Sussex with hybrid working and travel. The role requires strong stakeholder management, change leadership and a practical, delivery-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' project management experience.
• Proven experience in a 3PL FMCG environment.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sites.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site 3PL operation, managing a varied portfolio of internal projects across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously, improving the way a business operates and turning ideas into practical, deliverable solutions. You will take ownership of a range of projects across the organisation, working closely with operational, commercial, IT and senior management teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Key Skills/Experience

• A minimum of five years' project management experience
• Proven experience working within a 3PL FMCG environment
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites
• A strong understanding of operational environments and the challenges of implementing change
• Experience delivering new site openings, mobilisation, fit-outs or similar large-scale projects
• Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• A structured, organised and commercially aware approach
• The confidence to challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working
• Strong attention to detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
