Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale automation and intralogistics projects across multiple Midlands UK sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an 8 weeks minimum contract with an immediate start. The role offers day rates between £450 and £550, Inside IR35, and regular UK-wide travel.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing automation / material handling projects.
Background in warehouse automation, conveyors, or sortation systems.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of health & safety on-site.
Willingness to travel across UK sites.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of automation projects across UK sites.
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and engineers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to spec.
Oversee installation, commissioning & handover.
Act as the key point of contact across stakeholders.
