Job summary

Red Stone is an independent, award-winning brand and creative agency in Clerkenwell. We’re looking for a brilliant Project Manager who loves making great creative work happen, at the heart of our projects, coordinating clients, strategists, designers and production.

You’ll manage projects from brief to delivery, keep everything moving, build strong client relationships, and help the team stay clear, creative and ambitious. Hybrid working from Clerkenwell studio with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in a brand or creative agency.
• Experience managing branding projects from brief to delivery.
• Comfortable budgeting, scope, schedules and multi-workstream management.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and collaboration.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building.
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

We're looking for a brilliant Project Manager who loves making great creative work happen.

Red Stone is an independent, award-winning brand and creative agency in Clerkenwell. We create brands, communications and campaigns for organisations looking to make a positive difference in the world, and ambitious organisations going through change.

Recent projects include major brand programmes for Drinkaware, Felix, Parkinson's UK, Scouts, St Mungo's and Wellcome alongside campaigns, digital projects and communications for clients across the charity, public and commercial sectors.

The role

You'll be at the heart of our projects - bringing clients, strategists, designers, writers and production together to make ambitious work happen.

You’ll manage projects from initial brief and scoping through strategy and creative development to production and delivery. Some will be major brand projects running over several months, and others might be campaigns, websites, publications or fast-moving creative briefs.

You’ll be responsible for keeping everything moving - asking the right questions, anticipating what's coming next, keeping clients informed and giving our creative team the clarity and space they need to do brilliant work.

You’ll also build strong relationships with our awesome clients, becoming a trusted partner and adviser who is a joy to work with.

We'd love to meet you if...

• You have around 4+ years' project management experience, within a brand or creative agency
• You've managed substantial branding projects from brief through to delivery
• You're confident managing budgets, project scope, schedules, resourcing and multiple workstreams
• You have a thorough understanding of the creative process and know how to work brilliantly with others
• You're comfortable leading client relationships and communicating clearly, whether that's running a meeting, writing a brief or handling a difficult conversationYou're commercially aware and can spot where a project or client relationship could develop
• You're highly organised, but adaptable when plans change
• You're proactive. You don't wait for problems to happen - you anticipate them and find solutions
• You're collaborative, positive and calm under pressure, with an excellent attention to detail
