Job summary

Red Stone in Clerkenwell seeks a brilliant Project Manager to bring great creative work to life. You’ll unite clients, strategists, designers, writers and production across branding projects and campaigns, guiding them from brief to delivery.

You’ll lead budgets, schedules and multiple workstreams, keeping teams aligned and clients informed, while fostering strong relationships and a calm, collaborative atmosphere for great work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ project management experience in a brand or creative agency.
• Experience managing substantial branding projects from brief through delivery.
• Comfortable managing budgets, scope, schedules, and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and collaboration with others.
• Able to lead client relationships and communicate clearly (meetings, briefs, conversations).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial brief and scoping through strategy and creative development to production and delivery.
• Keep projects moving, anticipate next steps and keep clients informed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner and adviser.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, writers and production.
