Red Stone is an independent, award-winning brand and creative agency in Clerkenwell. We’re looking for a brilliant Project Manager who loves making great creative work happen, at the heart of our projects, coordinating clients, strategists, designers and production.

You’ll manage projects from brief to delivery, keep everything moving, build strong client relationships, and help the team stay clear, creative and ambitious. Hybrid working from Clerkenwell studio with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in a brand or creative agency.
• Experience managing branding projects from brief to delivery.
• Comfortable budgeting, scope, schedules and multi-workstream management.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and collaboration.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building.
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from brief through strategy, creative development to delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, strategists, designers, writers and production.
• Keep projects moving, ask questions, anticipate next steps, provide clarity.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as trusted adviser.
• Lead meetings, write briefs, handle difficult conversations.
