Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead high-profile building controls projects across Central London. You will own projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating engineers, site teams, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, and risk, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement across commercial, residential and data centre environments. A UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing BMS projects within a commercial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project variations.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BMS projects from handover through commissioning and completion.

• Monitor performance, costs, risks and deadlines.

• Support and develop engineers and maintain strong cross-team relationships.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and commercial updates.

• Identify and manage variations, additional works and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and project quality requirements.
• Support and develop engineers while maintaining strong working relationships across project teams.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, progress reports and commercial updates.
