Job summary

Clear. seeks an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and critical environment projects across London and the South East. You’ll own projects from handover to completion, ensuring safe, timely, and on-budget delivery.

You will manage costs, programmes, resources and subcontractors, attend progress meetings, and oversee procurement and documentation while maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and project finances.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

You'll take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role:
