Job summary

TEAM Inc. is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead building management system projects across Greater London. This hands-on role is predominantly site-based, overseeing projects from design to handover and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and main contractors on live sites.

You will manage programmes, budgets and risk while ensuring technical compliance, safety and high-quality documentation. A strong client-facing approach and driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BMS projects (£50k-£3m).
• Site-based London role experience preferred.
• Strong programme management and commercial awareness required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and BMS integration beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from design through commissioning and handover across London.
• Be site-based on active projects, attending site meetings and coordinating works.
• Manage programmes, budgets, variations and risk.
• Act as main contact for clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Coordinate engineers, commissioning teams and subcontractors; ensure quality and documentation.

The Company: Our client is a leading specialist in Building Management Systems, delivering high-quality BMS solutions across a wide range of commercial projects. Due to continued success and a strong order book, the business is rapidly growing and expanding its project delivery team. They are known for their technical expertise, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver complex BMS projects to the highest standard.

We are looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver Building Management System projects across Greater London, with the role being predominantly site-based. You will manage projects ranging in value from £500k to £3m, taking full responsibility from project handover through to completion. This role suits a hands‑on Project Manager who is comfortable working on live sites and coordinating closely with engineers subcontractors, and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects across London from design through commissioning and final handover Be site-based on active projects, attending site meetings and coordinating works Manage project programmes, budgets, variations, and risk Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and main contractors Coordinate engineers, commissioning teams, and subcontractors Ensure technical compliance, quality, and documentation standards are met Oversee health & safety compliance on site Support commissioning, and client handover

Requirements
