Job summary

Pertemps Tm in Central London is seeking a BMS Project Manager to lead building management system projects from inception to completion. The role covers coordination of clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet scope, programme, budget and quality targets.

Responsibilities include project planning, RFIs, submissions and documentation, cost monitoring and risk management while ensuring safety and compliance with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BMS, controls or building services projects.
• Background delivering projects valued around £2m–£4m or higher.
• Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or complex commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Metasys, Tridium, Trend or similar.
• Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Site safety accreditation such as Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent is desirable.
