Qualifications

• Опыт ведения интегрированных креативных проектов от брифа до финального продукта.

Responsibilities

• Вести интегрированные кампании от первоначального брифа через креативную разработку, производство и запуск.
• Создавать планы проектов с графиками, вехами, зависимостями, решениями и потребностями в ресурсах.
• Проводить обзоры, согласования и фидбэк по бренду, IP, правовым требованиям, соответствию и управлению качеством.
• Выявлять риски поставки на ранних стадиях, решать блокеры и управлять изменениями объёма и приоритетами для своевременной доставки.
• Поддерживать учёт бюджета, прогнозирование, администрирование проектов, организацию предпроизводственной логистики и закупки продукции.
• Контролировать внутреннюю дизайн-производство и финальные активы по согласованной спецификации, срокам и качеству.
• Координировать работу внешних партнёров и поставщиков, улучшая совместные рабочие процессы.

Just imagine bringing clarity, momentum and alignment to ambitious creative ideas, guiding them from the first brief through to launch. Then make it real. As our Project Manager, you’ll lead integrated creative projects within Our LEGO Agency (OLA) London from brief to launch. You’ll connect people, plans, resources and decisions across creative development, production and delivery. Working with Business Partners, Strategists, Creatives, Designers and Producers, you’ll balance creative ambition, commercial priorities and operational excellence.

• Lead integrated campaigns from initial brief through creative development, production and launch.
• Create project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, decisions and resource requirements.
• Run reviews, approvals and feedback loops across brand, intellectual property, legal, compliance and quality governance.
• Identify delivery risks early, resolve blockers and manage changes to scope and priorities to ensure on-time delivery for your projects.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, project administration, pre-production logistics and product sourcing.
• Oversee in-house design production and final asset delivery against agreed specifications, timings and quality standards.
• Coordinate external partners and suppliers while improving shared ways of working.
