Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Управлять отношениями с клиентами и координировать потребности между клиентами, командами и поставщиками.

• Разрабатывать и контролировать планы проекта, сроки и объемы работ.

• Контролировать риски и формировать понятные истории для материалов клиентам.
• Определять и мониторить качество deliverables и управлять коммуникациями.
• Разрабатывать статус-отчеты и обеспечивать доступность ресурсов.
• Создавать командную и результат-и ориентированную атмосферу.

Задачи:

• Manage client relationships and communicate needs between clients, teams, and vendors


• Understand clients’ short- and long-term goals and their competition


• Inform clients how to drive project success and deliver solutions that build consensus


• Support the development of solutions that drive client business


• Align teams with project goals by sharing client insights and objectives


• Create project plans and budgets, execute plans, and manage project scopes


• Participate in client and internal meetings


• Coordinate deliverables, guide teams on potential risks, and create clear storylines for client materials


• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards for project deliverables


• Manage project communications and document issues and changes


• Develop status reports and work with project leaders to ensure resources are available


• Create a positive, team-oriented environment


• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, revenue, purchase orders, and invoices


• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience managing digital projects, including site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, and maintenance


• Experience with Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint


• Experience with Jira and Confluence


• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, resource management and reporting, change management, roadmap development, and revenue forecasting


• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques


• Experience managing teams and client conversations about scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies


• Ability to organize and structure activities with attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback


• Strong leadership and decision-making skills for effective task and resource management


• Demonstrated communication, presentation, management, facilitation, and negotiation skills


• Solutions-oriented mindset, ability to lead by example, and ability to stay focused on goals under pressure

Условия:

• Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent Employees must work in the office at least three days a week; agencies or managers may require additional office days. The requirement may increase over time, and some agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already require five in-office days
