Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Housing refurbishment.
• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS certification preferred.
• First Aid at Work certification required.
• UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the works and lead Site Managers, trades and subcontractors.
• Plan the project to ensure smooth progress and health and safety compliance.
• Utilise roofing, rendering and external schemes knowledge to drive completion.

Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.

• Overseeing the works, leading the Site Managers, Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
• Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
• Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.
