Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Northeast of the UK is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee refurbishment works within social housing for a Tier 1 contractor. The role covers capital works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, and roofing, across Tyne & Wear.

You will lead and develop operational teams, ensure projects meet timelines and budgets, build client relationships, recruit staff, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior management within refurbishment projects.
• Involvement in high-rise/high-risk schemes (roofing, fire protection, groundwork, structural works, refurbishments).
• Certifications: SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work; Driving Licence; PAS2035 Retrofit experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover Tyne & Wear area representing the company brand with a focus on compliance, team building and quality standards.
• Lead the teams in Capital Works and Retrofit such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing and more.
• Monitor progress of the schemes to ensure completion within timelines and budgets.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and continue to build trust throughout the region.
• Recruit new members for the team and mentor to high levels of operational service delivery.
