Job summary

Focus Resourcing is sourcing an experienced Project Manager to deliver technology deployment projects across retail, hospitality and pharmacy sectors in the UK. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires managing IMAC, store openings, refurbishments and infrastructure rollouts with a strong emphasis on governance and quality. PRINCE2/Agile/MSP qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology deployment or infrastructure projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong governance.
• Retail, hospitality or customer‑facing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects (IMAC, installations, refreshes, store openings).

• Manage project plans, budgets, risks and governance.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third‑party partners.

Job description

Our established and growing client, a leading technology services organisation with national reach, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver technology deployment projects across the retail, hospitality and pharmacy sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, leading multiple projects across the UK, while working closely with customers and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

The Role:

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including installations, moves, adds, changes (IMAC), refreshes, new store openings, refurbishments, POS deployments and infrastructure rollouts.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion.
• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their main point of contact.
• Managing project plans, budgets, risks and governance.
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and third-party partners.
• Ensuring successful implementation, testing and project handover.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years' Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering technology deployment or infrastructure projects.
• A background in retail, hospitality or similar customer-facing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Desirable: PRINCE2, Agile or MSP qualifications, and experience delivering projects across Europe.
