Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and business change initiatives in a retail environment. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive complex projects from inception to delivery.

You will manage end-to-end projects across onshore and offshore teams, partner with senior stakeholders, ensure governance and risk control, and deliver on time, within scope and budget. PRINCE2, APM PMQ or PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 9+ years IT industry experience.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end IT projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within a retail organisation.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, planning, and delivery methodologies.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP.
