Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Bristol is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own complex product programmes from engineering development through validation, industrialisation and production.

The role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and commercial teams, not a purely PMO position. A practical, ownership-driven approach is essential in a fast-growing electrification and advanced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience delivering complex engineered products.
• Background in engineering, electronics, automotive, energy, mobility or similar.
• Strong programme planning and delivery experience.
• Technical confidence to work closely with engineering teams.
• Experience taking products through development, validation and production.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier and risk management skills.
• Hands-on approach with a high level of ownership.
• Experience in electrification, embedded systems, tech start-ups, scale-ups or investor/grant-backed environments would be advantageous.

We're working with an exciting, fast-growing technology business developing innovative products within the electrification and advanced engineering space.

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex product programmes from engineering development through validation, industrialisation and into production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and commercial teams, rather than a purely process-driven PMO position.

The role

You'll be responsible for:
