Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our international industrial engineering group. You will lead all aspects of project delivery, coordinating design, procurement, and execution with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet scope, time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires a degree in engineering and a minimum of 7 years' EPC experience, with a proven track record managing budgets (£100K to £10M) and delivering complex projects across multiple

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in EPC project delivery.
• Knowledge of heavy engineering, process design and balance of plant or ancillary equipment supply.
• Ability to plan and create execution plans from sales handover to project completion.
• Experience guiding design through SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD.
• Experience delivering projects within £100K–£10M budgets.

Responsibilities

Due to the company’s continued growth, there is a requirement to expand the Engineering team by hiring a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of the client’s projects. The Project Manager will manage the project team to ensure on-time delivery to budget and to the quality requirements in a safe and timely manner. Whilst working with all internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will be responsible for establishing the brief of the assigned projects, leading design, and procurement that will in turn lead to the successful delivery of the project.

What we would like from the Project Manager:

• Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in EPC project delivery
• Knowledge of heavy engineering, process design, and associated balance of plant or ancillary equipment supply together with commissioning of the same at customer facilities
• The ability to plan (schedule) and determine resources to deliver the allocated projects and develop strong execution plans from sales handover to the successful completion of projects
• Knowledge of managing the design process through SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD design package
• A track record of working to budgets and managing scope to deliver a cost-effective solution for multiple projects ranging from £100K to £10M

• Salary between £50,000 to £70,000 doe
