Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial and capital projects for a global engineering, manufacturing, and construction solutions provider. This client-facing role oversees scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, resources, and stakeholder relationships from proposal through delivery, with exposure to large-scale projects and international travel.

You'll coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage change orders, and provide regular updates

Qualifications

• Project management experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or EPC environments.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and scope.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and commercial requirements.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular customer updates.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and overall performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This is a client-facing role responsible for leading projects from proposal through to delivery. You'll manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, resources, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful project execution.
