Fawkes & Reece Group in Crawley is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong facade background to deliver complex facade packages from inception to completion.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and facade installers, oversee curtain walling and cladding works, and drive programmes while keeping costs in line with budgets and safety standards.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facades to oversee the successful delivery of facade projects from inception through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised individual with a proven track record in managing facade packages, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of facade works, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme delivery, health and safety, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver facade projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist facade installers.
• Oversee the installation of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen systems, and other facade elements.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, and commercial reporting.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, building regulations, and relevant health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the facade, cladding, glazing, or building envelope sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, installation methods, and construction processes.
