Job summary

Page Personnel in Coventry seeks a Project Manager to lead high-value construction and manufacturing projects from design handover to delivery. You will manage full lifecycles, push for on-time, on-budget results, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have proven PM experience in construction/manufacturing, strong programme controls, and knowledge of CDM and safety. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within construction or related environments.
• Minimum three years' experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of programme management, controls and budget oversight.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, supply chains and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from design handover to final completion.
• Develop, maintain and monitor programmes, milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Oversee site operations in line with CDM and safety procedures.
• Chair meetings, track actions and monitor progress against deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee procurement and supply chain engagement.
• Identify risks, communicate delays and implement mitigation plans.
• Produce regular reports for senior management on programme, cost and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and operations.

Job Description

The Project Manager will:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from design handover to final completion.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project programmes, milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Manage site operations in line with CDM regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Chair project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits, ensuring the smooth and compliant running of projects.
• Oversee procurement activities and supply chain engagement to support project delivery.
• Identify project risks, communicate potential delays and implement mitigation plans.
• Produce regular project reports for senior management on programme, cost and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project and operational activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven project management experience within construction, manufacturing, modular construction or a related environment.
• Minimum three years' experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong understanding of programme management, project controls and budget oversight.
• Experience managing subcontractors, supply chains and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, health and safety requirements and quality management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS Gold Card or similar industry qualifications would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Proactive, methodical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
