If you're looking for a role where you can build a long-term career rather than simply take your next job, this opportunity stands out. You'll join the backing and stability of a well-established international engineering business while working within a smaller, close-knit team that values collaboration, encourages every voice to be heard and promotes a genuine no-blame culture. The business is recognised for its excellent staff retention, with many employees choosing to build long-term careers before retiring, alongside clear opportunities to progress within the wider group.
Site-based in Bromsgrove with regular UK travel and occasional international travel.
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects from initial planning through to completion. Working across multiple projects, you'll be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating internal teams, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, commercial and operational teams while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of delivery. This role offers the opportunity to influence project outcomes within a supportive environment where continuous improvement and collaboration are actively encouraged.
The successful Project Manager will ideally have experience delivering engineering or construction projects within sectors such as oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, HVAC, boilers, thermal systems, pollution control, waste management, air filtration or similar industrial environments.
You’ll have proven experience in project planning, coordination, delivery, commercial management, budgeting and risk management. Around five years’ project management experience is preferred, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Applicants should also hold an HNC, HND, degree or equivalent engineering qualification and be comfortable managing multiple projects within a fast-paced engineering environment.
This Project Manager opportunity offers the rare combination of international stability with the feel of a smaller team where your contribution genuinely matters. You’ll enjoy a collaborative working environment, excellent long-term career prospects and the chance to deliver technically interesting engineering projects across the UK and internationally. For someone seeking a career-enhancing move rather than simply another Project Manager position, this is an opportunity well worth exploring
