Job summary

Rullion Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead upgrades and modifications to Transmission substation protection and control systems. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timescales, specifications and budgets are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Experience with NEC3/4 contracts, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge working to NEC3/4 contracts.
• Management role responsible for various projects, could be from the range of £50K to £2M, from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales
• Ensuring that the project is delivered to timescale, specification, budget and customer satisfaction.
• Overall financial responsibility for the projects
• Demonstrable project management experience within an engineering industry, preferably Power Transmission industry or similar regulated background
• Demonstrable experience planning and scheduling work activities using Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be commercially astute & be able to identify early commercial and technical risks/issues and find resolutions.
• Must have demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction and quality.
• Experience of subcontractor management
• Strong leadership skills, including team management experience.
• UK National Security Vetting Status
