Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major highways infrastructure project in Oxfordshire, offering the opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of civil engineering works.

You will manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within highways, infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A strong commitment to health and safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Relevant industry qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities
